Common questions.

What are your rates?

Pillar A (DevSecOps, CKA/CKAD + AWS SAA-Pro): 180–230 PLN/h net. Pillar B (Cloud & Data, Snowflake/Databricks certified): 180–230 PLN/h. Pillar C (high-throughput backend, real-time systems): 200–280 PLN/h. Monthly retainers typically 25–40k PLN/FTE.

What engagement models do you offer?

Three models: (1) Senior body leasing — one or more engineers integrated into your team on a monthly retainer. (2) Fixed-price project — scoped deliverable with a defined budget (minimum 30k PLN, sweet spot 80–250k PLN). (3) Outcome-based pricing — e.g. 'SOC2 readiness in 60 days for 120k PLN'. Most first engagements start with body leasing.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes. We have GDPR-compliant DPA and NDA templates ready to sign on day one. We can adapt to your legal templates as well. All IP developed for you is assigned to you.

What is your minimum engagement?

3 months for body leasing, 30k PLN for fixed-price projects. We don't take on 1-week 'consulting calls' — we embed and deliver.

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. We invoice in PLN (PL companies) or EUR/USD (foreign entities). Contracts in English or Polish.

What tech stacks do you work with?

Filar A: Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure, External Secrets, Vault, GitHub Actions. Filar B: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Kafka, Kinesis, Airflow. Filar C: Go, Node.js/TypeScript, gRPC, Kafka/NATS/Pulsar, OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack. We do not do PHP, mobile, or classical CRUD web apps.
