YPrism is a senior-only software house based in Warsaw. We were founded by engineers who spent years shipping production systems at scale — at RTB House, Respect Energy, AdShift and leading European cloud consultancies — and decided to do it as a standalone team.
What we believe in.
Depth over breadth
We specialise in three engineering domains and say no to everything else. This means you get engineers who have solved your problem before.
No juniors on client work
Every engineer who touches your codebase has senior-level production experience. We do not staff projects with juniors supervised by a senior.
Honest estimation
We tell you what we think, including when a project is over-scoped, under-budgeted or technically risky. We'd rather lose a deal than overpromise.
AI-native, not AI-hyped
We use Cursor, Claude Code and custom MCP tooling in our daily workflow. It makes us faster. We don't use it as a selling point — just as part of how we work.

Lead, DevSecOps & Cloud Security (Pillar A)
7+ years building and securing cloud infrastructure. Kubernetes-certified (CKA/CKAD), AWS SAA-Pro. Former DevSecOps lead at Respect Energy and AdShift. Responsible for sales, client relationships and Pillar A delivery.
Kamil Andziak
Lead, Backend & Platform Engineering (Pillar C)
Ex-RTB House Team Lead on the Buying Engine — one of Europe's largest real-time bidding systems. Deep expertise in Go, distributed systems, Kafka and high-throughput architecture. Responsible for technical vision and Pillar C delivery.

Lead, Cloud & Data Engineering (Pillar B)
Senior Cloud Data Engineer with experience at a leading European cloud consultancy. Specialist in Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery and real-time streaming pipelines. Responsible for Pillar B delivery.
